*3  Observed the following potentially hazardous foods to be held at improper temperatures. 1. Ground beef was found at 44F located by the flat grill. 2. Chili found at 80F in the walk-in cooler with the plastic left on it so it will not cool properly. 3. Cool whipped found at 70F sitting at milk shake station. Provide for all cold potentially hazardous foods to be held at 41°F or below at all times except during necessary periods of preparation. 750.120 Immediate/Onsite

*20  Observed the sanitizer solution to be too weak at the following location(s). 1.Sanitizer buckets were too weak on front line and by drive through window. 2. There was not enough quat sanitizer being used for the utensils in dishwashing area. 3. Food debris found on shelves where plates are stored. 4. Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units. Thermometer was broken under condiment station. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods Immediate/Onsite
Observed foods to be improperly protected from consumer contamination. Raw chicken was stored in a soiled container. Remove container, wash, rinse and sanitize it and stored chicken in a clean container. Provide proper protection for all food products in which consumers have access. 750.130 Immediate/Onsite
22  Observed the following food contact surfaces to be unclean. 1.Top of toaster has food debris on it. 2. Bottom of McCall freezer has food debris on it. 3. Milk shake mixers has food debris on them. 4. The interior of milk machine has old milk debris in it. 5. Back soup station where vat is located has soup debris on it.6. There is oil and grease on the exterior of vegetable slicer. Clean and maintain. 750.800 Immediate/Onsite
23  Observed the following contact surfaces to be unclean. 1. Hand sink at bar counter has debris all over it. 2. Bottom of reach-in cooler has food debris on it below raw hamburgers. 3. Top of interior of most microwave has food debris on them. 4. There is debris in seal gaskets at the McCall freezer. 5. There is food debris and ice below milk shakes and ice cream in cabinet below. 6. Top of dishwasher has debris on it. 7. Fan case in walk-in cooler has food debris on it. 8. 24  Observed cleaned and sanitized equipment to be handled in a manner that is condusive to causing contamination. Plates and bowls were stored upright where they could collect dust and chemicals.
